Korpi is a co-owned female that lives close by to us. She lives with Ike in the same village and comes for herding every week. We will hopefully use her for our kennel's breeding program in the future.

Korpi is a really friendly, happy and active young girl. She lives in a big dog pack with corgies and a malinois with a good friend only some kilometers away. Korpi comes every week for herding lessons at our farm and her main activities are herding and agility. She also does some rally obedience and obedience with her handler Ike. 

Korpi is submissive in the pack, and loves playing and puppies. She gets along great with all dogs and is a easy, happy-go-lucky type of dog without much guarding or sharpness to her temperament. She is motivated in herding, but still quite soft and gets easily a bit insecure if there is too much pressure form handler or the animals. But she has good natural distance and when she grows a bit mentally she will be a really nice herding companion. 

Korpi has been otherwise healthy, but she did suffer from some itchiness when she was young due to creatine insufficience in her skin. It cleared up with some special shampoo and a dose of creatine into her diet. Itchiness has not bothered her since and otherwise she has been healthy.
